[Seniors Outdoors!]

Dear Seniors Outdoors! members.

 

At the June picnic, we elected the following officers for the 2010-11 year,
starting July 1:

 

Co-presidents:  Clark Lagow* and Betsey Butler

Secretary:  Mary Ann Bryant* 

Treasurer:   Bill Cagle*

Outings Chair:  Dorothy Bregar*

 

*reelected from 2009-10

 

On a personal note, I have really enjoyed serving as Co-president the last
three years, meeting and hiking or skiing with many of you.  However, most
board members have served several terms and having Betsey Butler replace me
now will help ensure continuity and overlap on your Board of Directors.  I
plan to continue to handle mail distribution and to help backup Lyle Hancock
with SO! e-mail.

 

I hope to see many of you at our next meeting on July 13 at the Rec Center,
when Ken Hibbard, from High Mountain Anglers, will bring a llama and educate
us on how to use a llama for an outdoor experience. We will meet in the
Sunlight Room at the Rec Center and progress out to the parking lot.
