SO! Annual Picnic


Tuesday, June 8th

Edgemont Ranch Picnic Area

Social: 5:30 p.m.


 Dinner: 7:00 p.m.

The annual picnic will be held on Tuesday, June 8th, at the Edgemont Ranch
Picnic Area (6 miles out Florida Road from 15th and Main; turn right across
from the big pinecone sculpture at the entrance to the Edgemont Highlands
subdivision). The picnic will be a combination potluck and BBQ. Volleyball
and horseshoes equipment will be available.  Although there is ample parking
we encourage carpooling. The club will provide brats, burgers, and
condiments, and we're asking club members to bring potluck dishes with
servings for eight according to last names as follows:
 A - F  Desserts      G - R  Appetizers      S - Z  Side dishes & salads
As with our other potlucks, members should bring their own plates and
utensils and serving utensils for your potluck dish. The club will provide
coffee and iced tea. Please bring any other beverage that you may want.
Since the club is providing the entrée, we need an accurate headcount in
order to have the proper amount of food. Therefore, please RSVP, no later

Food Drive

Our quarterly food drive is upon us once again, and the Durango Food Bank
desperately needs the following:

Sugar
Cooking oil
Rice
Peanut Butter
Jelly
Salad Dressing
Pasta Sauce

In addition to these items, the Food Bank can use all sorts of
non-perishable foods. Please bring your goodies to the picnic; we will have
boxes for them.
